PediaInfo is in development and is intended for parents and legal guardians. These terms describe the intended use of the app and its informational pages.
Using the app
PediaInfo helps organize care, records and checkups. Only enter or import information you are authorized to handle. Review dates, data and sources before sharing a summary.
Health information
The app does not provide medical care, diagnose conditions or replace advice from healthcare professionals. Timers, summaries and educational content are not treatment instructions or proof that a vaccine was administered. In an emergency, contact emergency services.
Connections and availability
Clinical connections require provider authorization and valid pediatric proxy permissions. Preparing an integration does not guarantee access to any practice. Public availability and features may change during development.
Your records and privacy
You control the records you enter and any backups or PDFs you share. See the privacy policy and health data page for data handling and available choices.
License and rights
When distributed through the App Store, the app will be licensed under the Apple Standard EULA unless a separate license is provided. Nothing on this page limits rights granted by applicable law.
