Send the app version, iOS version and a general description of the issue. Do not include a child's name, records, passwords, access tokens or authorization codes. Redact sensitive information from any screenshot you decide to send.
Clinical connection status
healow access requires a registered public client, supported practice, approved permissions and a successful provider authorization. The connection is not currently enabled for public use. A callback page loading successfully does not prove that a medical record has been connected.
Backups and deletion
Settings offers an explicit family backup and a separate clinical export. Only share with recipients you choose. Delete a profile to remove its local records and clinical links; manage exported copies in their destinations. No PediaInfo account or server copy is currently used.

PediaInfo is not a medical provider and support cannot diagnose or recommend doses. Contact your healthcare professional about medical decisions and use local emergency services for an emergency.
