Forja Labs LLC provides this separate notice for PediaInfo. It supplements the privacy policy. The app is in development; public clinical connections are not enabled. This notice does not claim HIPAA certification or approval by a regulator.
Categories and sources
Care and health information can include profile identifiers, dates of birth, photos selected by a parent, feeding, sleep, diapers, growth, temperature, jaundice, supplements, medication or vaccine entries, appointments, symptoms or health questions in free-text notes, and derived personal care summaries. The planned clinical feature reads records from an authorized supported provider. Family data comes from the user; clinical data comes from the provider under its granted permissions. No health-facility location tracking is used.
Purposes and recipients
The app processes these data on the device to organize the selected profile, display sources, calculate personal summaries and prepare user-requested exports. Forja Labs does not receive those stored records, sell them, send them to advertisers or external AI providers, or use them for training or research. A provider processes the authorization and read requests you initiate. A recipient or app you choose receives a file only when you share it. Technical website hosting and voluntary support email are described in the main privacy policy.
Consent and choices
You choose what to enter and whether to authorize supported clinical access. Clinical records remain limited by provider proxy permissions. Optional Lock Screen surfaces start disabled. You may stop using the assistant, turn off visible surfaces, disconnect a clinical session, delete a local profile or export currently permitted records. Revoking local access does not delete the provider's record or copies you exported to another service.
Access, withdrawal and deletion
Contact privacy@forjalabs.dev to request information, exercise rights available in your jurisdiction, withdraw consent or request deletion of information you supplied directly to Forja Labs. We will verify requests proportionately and respond as required by applicable law. We cannot inspect records that exist only on your device. If you disagree with our response, you may ask us to review it or contact your relevant regulator. Do not attach patient records to an ordinary request.
Before public distribution
Jurisdiction-specific notices, operational procedures and any provider agreements must be confirmed for the actual release territories and service relationships. This notice describes current data flows and does not substitute for that review.
