Answers with sources
Find saved entries and their source records. The assistant can show recorded totals and dates, using local search and, when available, Apple's on-device model to select sources.
Prepare checkups
Appointments, questions, notes, an educational schedule and optional PDF exports. A scheduled or completed checkup is not proof that a vaccine was administered.
Authorized records, clearly separated
Read-only SMART on FHIR access through healow is being prepared. Access requires provider authorization and valid pediatric proxy permissions. Coverage depends on the supported practice, available records and permissions; PediaInfo does not promise access to every healow practice.
Clinical source records remain separate from family entries. A prescription does not become a dose taken, and missing information is not treated as absence of a condition or allergy.
For families, built around privacy
The current app processes care data on the device, without an account, an advertising SDK, a developer analytics service or an external AI backend. The app does not sell health data or train models using patient records. Sharing a backup or PDF is an explicit action you control.

PediaInfo organizes information. It is not a medical service, a diagnostic tool or a dosage calculator. Educational content requires clinical review before public release. Ask your healthcare professional about health decisions.
