Terms of Use
CRM is governed by Apple's Standard EULA and these terms.
The service
CRM organizes work and business records. This version does not sell features, in-app purchases or subscriptions. Managing products or paywalls for your other apps does not unlock CRM. External service fees belong to your own accounts.
Accounts and content
You retain rights to your records and must have authorization to store or share customer data and administer connected accounts. Do not use CRM for harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, fraud, illegal activity or infringement of privacy or other rights. We may restrict connections or content that violates these terms and evaluate reports.
AI and operations
AI drafts may contain mistakes; review them before use. External operations are confirmed only after the provider returns its result. CRM does not guarantee external service availability. Payments do not buy CRM features. CRM does not provide financial, medical or legal advice.
Data and support
